PROFESSIONALISM

Feedback from employees has indicated several traits that they like about being employed by F & M Painting Co. Many have commented about the professionalism that we display. Having procedures, wearing company gear, and the organization of our shop and vehicles are what our employees appreciate. We often get comments like, “You guys are a lot more professional and on the ball than the place I came from.”

ATMOSPHERE

Another thing that our employees like is the atmosphere. One comment we hear is how other companies speak rudely, yell, and demean their employees. We do not do that here. We believe that everyone who comes through our doors is a human being that deserves to be given the chance to earn respect and to give respect. They are not “sub-standard” human beings. We believe that it takes skill and intelligence to be a painter. We look for individuals who enjoy what they do and who have raised their personal standards to become a professional and craftsman rather than a person who paints.

EXCELLENCE

We strive to make our employees feel that what they do here is a calling and an expression of how they are “wired”. Despite the sentiments of some, not everyone can paint! We believe that some are made to be craftsman. And when they perform in that areana with excellence, they are fulfilling their life call or “God print” on their lives. To paint with excellence is putting flesh on the internal blueprint that you were designed with.
